At
Rotherglen, our philosophy is to focus on developing a love
of learning while guiding and challenging every student
from Preschool (Casa) to Grade 8. This is accomplished through
our low student-to-teacher ratio, our highly trained and
dedicated faculty, and the open and ongoing dialogue between
teachers, parents and administration.
Our lower school program (Casa – Grade 3) is firmly
rooted in Montessori principles. This program provides a
solid foundation for our Grades 4 -8 program which transitions
into a more traditional style of learning. We take the child
as the center of our work, and seek to create an environment
which challenges each student to become an active participant
in his or her own learning process. |
