The process of applying for admission at Rotherglen School starts by contacting the campus of your choice and arranging a visit to the school.

If you have decided to pursue Rotherglen as an option for your child’s education, we will place your child’s name on our interest list.

When a position becomes available, you will be invited to bring your child in for an entrance test and classroom visit. This classroom visit offers a prospective student the opportunity to experience school life at Rotherglen.

Families are then contacted by the admissions office regarding placement after the application package has been reviewed.

Applications must be complete in order to be considered for placement. This includes:

• Completed Application Form
• A copy of the students most recent report card
• Completion of the Confidential School Report by the child’s current teacher (if applicable)

Upon acceptance, all other supporting documents (provided by the Admissions Office) are required for registration. This includes:

• Medical information and vaccination form
• Completed Enrollment Agreement form
• Required Enrollment Deposit
• A recent photograph
• Emergency Card
